Ryan was initially recommended to me by my letting agent and I (& my daughter) have used his services on a few occasions at different properties. I find him responsive and reliablehe keeps you informed regarding the job and his workmanship is first class. He carries out his business with professionalism and instills confidence. He is helpful and recommends solutions to problems. I have no hesitancy in recommending him and will certainly be using him again in the future. So I asked for a quote Over three weeks ago. They came to my property. I then chased them up more than twice for my quote. Initial denied knowledge of the quote first time. Everytime I called I had to provide my email again again again. Whisky Checking my junk folder every other day, they said they sent one over. Then finally after another call with providing my email yet another time, they send me this( 3 weeks later) The response is fine below, it's like the owner is more likely to answer sales calls then respond to a potential client. "Good morning Xavier, Unfortunately, due to current workload we are not in apositionto assist you with your requirements at this time. Thankyou for your interestin our services. Regards, " In my opinion, small jobs aren't worth it for them. The communication is basically non existent ( you have to go to them ) Unless it's worth their time I suppose have a few people to qoute you. Overall I am quite disappointed. Thanks for your time

My partner and I moved into a property 12 months ago. We used the first electrician that came up on Google. He told us we did not need a rewire so installed new metal modern light switches to old 1960's wiring. We felt great because we saved lots of money. Then last week the wiring in the bathroom exploded. This time I searched for an NIC qualified electrician because safety and a regulated electrician was a priority, NOT ONE OF THESE CHECK A TRADE TYPES as they are NOT regulated. Kerrigan sent a nice chap gave us a honest quote which was actually cheaper than these fly-by night un registered electricians. He was honest, reliable (came to do a full lighting rewire) within days as he said it was urgent and if left dangerous. He took two days, was tidy properly invoiced but most of all issued a NIC certificate. If you are looking for a regulated professional electrician please call Kerrigan first, we wish we had because we listened to an amateur to save money which cost us dear in the end. Our advice is buy right first time. I can recommend Kerrigan without hesitation and advice anyone to BUY RIGHT first time.Thank you Kerrigan Electrical service, we feel safe now and we hardly know you were here.
