        Visited for the first time this afternoon for LED light bulbs to replace a failed one in the bathroom. They sold that make so was really pleased. The best thing was the quality of the customer service I received - excellent! Great advice from someone who really knew the products. Will be very happy to shop there again.

        Very questionable customer service,I rang and asked if they have the specific light (gave them the code) in stock. They were like we've plenty, went down and they said none in stock. The server was so rude about it aswell. It was an odd experience.

        We went into the Preston branch to enquire about various outdoor lights needed for our garden & house. Adam the Sales Manager there was extremely courteous and knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. He researched which lights were going to meet our spec & wasn't just interested in the sale. He actually paid attention to what we wanted & was interested in getting it right- a rarity these days! A1 customer service.
