Cooker stopped working. Rang mid morning,left message. They rang back later and said will be round in the afternoon. Fixed the problem and charged what the manufacturers would have charged for call out plus parts and labour. First class service. Always go local

It was a "D'oh!" moment when the engineer noticed the "no spin" button had been pressed and that's why my washer wasn't spinning! I was so embarrassed. I offered to pay a call out charge to cover his time but he refused. We'll definitely use him again as obviously customer service is a priority to him.
