Awful customer service. Poor communication, and lack of interest. About a year ago, was purchasing a house. After speaking to them in person was asked to email details of the property over so they could do a job. 3 emails sent and various calls over 2 weeks. Completely ignored. Same this time. Called last week to do a job on our house. Arranged an appt. Got cancelled. Told they would call the next day to arrange another appt. Never did. Called the office 4 times, left a message. No answer. Would honestly not recommend.
