I had an EKM store for 15 years. They used to be a small company but always professional and friendly to deal with. Not any more, they just want your money - and if you close your shop like I just did don't expect them to credit any fees, they won't.

Not happy with the service and i've been a long time with them but time come to move my shop elsewhere. They were charging us 251.99 every month for nothing. We don't use any of their services for this amount of money. Now they want even more from us and are now charging transaction fees and our bill now almost 400 each month!!! Will not recommend to anyone! I will move my shop Shopwired!

Quit this poor company 2 years plus ago and they still taking my money out of my paypal account even tho i have phoned and emailed them a number of times with no joy STAY AWAY FROM THESE
