I would not recommend using this company. I ordered dry ice, made payment . They did not process my order and was let down by them and couldnt use it for my event. This company let me down on the day of my event so I couldnt go else where. On the phone they said it will be delivered next day by 12pm (my event was at 3) I rang at 11:50 to chase up the delivery and they told me it wasnt processed. They didnt do anything to help and make up. Let down my event as I was relying on the dry ice to make it a wow factor

From making a website email enquiry Jodie responded in less than 10 minutes. No pressure selling and explanation of products / accessories was simple and fully understood. Order was bang on time and very professionally packed. Cant praise enough 100% superb service. I certainly wont look elsewhere for my future orders. Excellent fair pricing and service couldnt be beaten. Thanks Jodie and team.
