Absolutely brilliant service from Lucy, had a last minute issue with pressing my dress for a wedding the day after. The creases and wrinkle wouldn't come out because of the pleats in the skirt. On picking up my dress I was so so happy with the work Lucy did, perfect and wrinkle free. Really rate her care and service, it's second to none. I took my daughters wedding dress in to be professionally cleaned after her wedding and it now looks brand new! It was ready within a few days and a very reasonable price, so I would not hesitate to return & thoroughly recommend this dry cleaners. I wanted two very special handmade wall hangings cleaned (patchworked and hessian-backed) and was a bit nervous about it because there were no cleaning instructions on them. Lucy, the proprietor, was so helpful and friendly and reassured me that she was confident about doing them. In fact, she said she was positively excited about it! The service was super speedy, even though I told her I wasn't in a rush. The premises were spotless and everything was so professional. Lucy really seems to enjoy her job, which always makes it more of a pleasure for the customer too. A total contrast from the other local dry cleaner that I contacted who didn't even bother getting back to me. Lucy will be getting all my business from now on, that's for sure!
