Today I had my driving test at 8am on a fairly tricky route, and passed first time with zero minors. This wouldn't have been possible without Zen, his sayings, our weekly chats, and his teaching style. One of the things that makes Zen a great teacher is that he does absolutely everything he can to understand you as a person and how this affects you as a driver: how to drive to your strengths; why errors in your driving style might be the way they are; and how to improve every single time you get in the car. Because of this, It was so easy to build a good report with Zen and I actually looked forward to getting in the car with him because I knew what I wanted to achieve by the end of the lesson, and confident Zen already knew how I could get this done. One of the biggest things in Zen's car is the idea of mutual respect: he's never once made me feel like I can't excel, never raised his voice, or told me I'm not ready to try again. I think because when he identified my weaknesses he let's me try to improve it straight away using effective strategies, I always felt like I was becoming a competent driver week to week. It's really hard to find an instructor who you can trust to have that balance between professional, and gives friendly banter, so I'm really glad I went with Zen. I'll miss hearing 'alright buddy' every time I open the door and wish Zen and any of this other students best of luck in the future, you're in safe hands!

I took driving lessons from Park Rite Driving School in Chorley and am very pleased with the results. My instructor, Bryan, was extremely patient and understanding, and gave me the confidence to take on the roads and pass my test. The lessons were well structured and tailored to my individual needs. Bryan was always punctual and reliable and provided me with plenty of helpful tips and advice. Huge thanks to Bryan helping me become a safe and confident driver.
