        Doors and windows designed exactly to our requirements ( not 'off the shelf'), very well constructed and carefully and expertly installed. Haven't had a flood yet, and hope we won't, but we are confident that they will perform as specified. Office and technical staff have been very helpful throughout and it has been a pleasure to do business with them.

        I asked staff why the company wanted 50% costs up front. Couldn't answer. When I spoke to the owner on the telephone he started the conversation with "what do you want" he interupted me, didn't answer my questions, was rude and dismissive. He wouldn't provide a contract or anything written but expected me as the customer to hand over 1000.00 pounds in advance for initially nothing in return. AVOID this company.
