        Great practice, never struggle to get an appointment when I call at 8 or 1. Receptionists always very polite and helpful.

        Shocking does not describe this place Im at breaking point simply dealing with these people the phone system is appalling staff average at best, doctors I wouldnt know never get to see one if they even actually exist. Whats the need for fancy new building if you cant even manage the basics of healthcare. Following a telephone consultation late last year my wifes diagnosis by an actual doctor in A&E differed somewhat from the bloke on the phones. I have complained to care quality commission and shall be leaving this surgery with immediate affect ohhh to go back to our old surgery Moor Park tatty old building but quality service
