Discussing service. My child who obviously has an allergy is being fobbed off repeatedly. As a parent I was told I was over reacting. My child's tongue swelled up and her throat virtually closed. Paramedics and hospital docs confirmed its obviously an allergy. This practice still will not refer her to an allergy specialist. Its neglectful and atrocious behaviour. If you want to be taken seriously and the health of your family taken seriously, find another practice for the sake of your own sanity and health.

Can't get an appointment to see a doctor. Have to go to A and E just to see someone.

I recently tried to phone the surgery (27th Dec 2022) ringing at 08:00 to hopefully make an appointment as I have a chest infection. At 10:35 I finally gave up..what annoyed me the most was that the position indicator told me I was no7 in the queue and 2 & half hours later I'm at position 2..Needless to say I gave up and SUFFERED the rest of the week..I can understand that it was over the holiday period and there may have been a skeleton crew working but to wait 30 min for each move along the line and STILL not get through is utter propostrius..come on Roselea I've Never in over 35 yrs or more had to put a review in such magnitude.

Called surgery today 27 December 2022, website states observing Christmas day and opening times may vary, however no mention of this on the automated message, went from caller 21 to 4 after holding for 2 hours before being cut off - shocking
