Wembley Park Medical Centre

I am happy to say that on 04 May 2023 I was fortunate to have two excellent and productive telephone consultations with Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre, one with a resident GP, Dr Vala, and the other with his student Miss T. Alhamwi. I have a long and involved history and , having never spoken to either of these clinicians in the past, I am very impressed both by the depth of knowledge they had clearly absorbed in respect of me - in a short time - and the courteous and patient manner they each displayed while interviewing me and then deciding upon the next course of action. I hope that this comment is of use to the practitioners and to others.

Me and my husband are newly registered at this practice and I was really anxious about our medications being got at right time as wer on repeat medications. The receptionist was so very helpful Changing details for chemist reassured me throughout the call It help me feel less anxious I was listened to, and she put me at ease it made such a difference calm and helpful throughout I told her she was a star Changing GP after many years she made this so easy for me Thank you
