Eaves Lane Surgery

Has been shut for most of the lockdown so I've been sorted via Adlington Medical Centre and it's been way better with them. Chemists have been sorting out my prescriptions for me so no problems there. Just can't through to anyone on the phone as usual. As a disabled person who can't just walk to the GP this is a huge problem.

Been trying to book appointment and also for repeat prescription for elderly neighbour, but just can't get through.. I am so glad I am not registered with them, seeing my neighbour suffer. I could rate them 0(zero) if I could

Never answer the phone , been trying to get a fit note for two weeks now , terrible service.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever come across, rude receptionist when trying to call sometimes waiting upto 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone and anytime I've been in when I couldn't get through on the phone staff are laughing and talking to each other whilst phones ring, can never seem to get an appointment and when asked to book an appointment in 6 weeks time they cant as they say dairy hasn't come out yet
