        Upon my first visit I encountered dr robinson, a stand in who was absolutely amazing and would thoroughly listen to me and treat me like an equal. He has unfortunately left and my appointments are now with dr kumar who I find to be very rude, condescending and very dismissive. He does not listen to my symptoms and leaves me feeling utterly frustrated and hopeless whenever I leave the surgery. However, the reception staff are amazing and are very friendly and caring, I cannot fault them at all. Lovely ladies.
