        8 MONTHS after an injury - caused by incompetent NHS personnel - this lot send a physio appointment! Clearly nothing to be gained now! No Hope System!

        Seriously the most unprofessional jobs worth staff - they just dont want to help their patients- reception & back room staff make communication between clinical departments as difficult as possible- no matter how much you want to help them.

        Very bad service by reception staff. The worst service. The women started arguing talking over me and raising her voice and without even telling me, she put me on hold to cut me off. Absolutely rude. Worst service ever. Very unprofessional.
