Moor Park Surgery

Morning receptionists are always so rude - especially if you don't "sound" like you've got an illness. The afternoon receptionists are always nice, to the point, and will help as much as possible - but it's so difficult to get on the phone with them because there's only two phone lines vs hundreds (thousands?) of patients. It's a free-for-all where you are constantly ringing & ringing & ringing, sometimes you can be trying for over half an hour - when there's obviously no appointment times left. If it wasn't for their on-staff nurse, I would have attempted to move surgeries years ago. update: I moved surgeries

dear sir i attended moor park for my booster jab on 24/09/2021 i parked in a disabled space showing my permit ,i could not find the machine ,and was nervous i could miss my appointment time i have now recieved a 40.00 fine which i feel is deeply unfair i am sure they could place the machine in the entrance so it would be so much easier to find but then parasites would not make as much money i am totally disgusted ,and i hope i will never have to visit moor park again J Whitehead

Joke of a surgery ! No intentions of helping anybody ! Just palm you off with medication that doesn't work ! Had absolutely no support for my condition from this place ! Set of jokers ! Also been trying to ring for an appointment all day and the line has been constantly engaged ! Most likely sat speaking to mates on the phone !!!

Moved far away. Can't get repeat prescriptions, they don't pick up. MP for central Preston not bothered about constituents not having local gp
