Called to get my Fianc an emergency appointment. The lady on the admin team was wonderfully helpful and fixed her up with an appointment within the hour. Thank you!

Have been waiting over a week for a referral which I was initially told was in their system. Seven days later I was told it had never been received despite the fact I had an automated email response. Appalling service. The worst I have experienced

Impossible to get an appointment earlier than two weeks out (I've been trying for a week). If you do get one, it's probably at another surgery with a nurse - unable to do what I said I needed. I've made one complaint after my child had to go to urgent care because they refused an urgent referral from 111. When I call and say I need an appointment, they receptions on two occasions have told me "well if you'd made an appointment last week, you would have it by now"... As if I should somehow be able to predict the future. Anyway, they have far, far too many patients now. I'll be making a second official complaint and moving to another practice.

Unavailability of appointments, trying to get through to make an appointment is nigh on impossible and unbearable if you are extremely ill. Waiting several weeks for test results. Important follow up treatment after seeing consultants not done; letters going astray or information not relayed back to the patient. I had reason to call the practice manager after a very rude receptionist dismissed my concerns for my elderly parent who had been left extremely upset and traumatised after visiting a doctor that day. No apology was offered, not even the hint of one! The attitude was dismissive and dare I say, arrogant If there was a better surgery I wouldnt hesitate to register my parent elsewhere but this seems to be the case everywhere at the moment. This is a tragic situation for those that have no choice but to rely on inadequate health services due to being extremely poorly.

Good luck getting through on the phone. Then if you do get an appointment it will be running 20 minutes late, yes even if your appointment is the first of the day (8am) they still run 20 minutes late.
