Well you try to get through in phone and its pointless, I have now been on hold for 1hr and 5 mins yes over an hour you need to sort this out its absolutely disgusting, Can I give 0 stars..

It's incredible to see so many negative reviews. But they were excellent helping out my family today. If they improve there telephone system, it will be a fantastic GP overall.

I have been at this practice for over 20 years and cannot fault any of the clinical staff and my own GP; Dr.Cairnes is fantastic. The reception team are equally as good except for one staff member who appears to be very short tempered and bordering unprofessional with her attitude. I won't go into detail but she spoke to me quite bluntly as I was struggling with a medical app on my phone. I advised her that I wasn't stupid and was in fact a registered health care professional myself and her attitude suddenly changed and she couldn't do enough to help me. My concern is that she obviously has this attitude with other patients and appears quite confrontational and blunt, this could intimidate elderly patients or patients of a nervous/anxious disposition leading to them not wanting to attend the practice for appointments. Anybody working in a medical field, including reception staff, should be aware of the 6 C's and I feel that this certain staff member is either unaware of them or is just quite frankly rude and borderline aggressive.
