Drs Jacobs and Raffi

I have been a patient here for about 18 months after moving in to the area. The receptionists / doctors have always been great when the children needed an appointment and that is very reassuring as a parent. A couple of weeks ago after an initial telephone appointment, I had a face to face appointment with Dr Khan. I cant understand the bad reviews, my experience was the complete opposite to what I have read. He was thorough, caring and wanted to try and reassure me. I have since had a follow up appointment and again found him extremely understanding. My husband and I have also both had an appointment with Dr Uddin who was again really friendly and helpful. I am really pleased with everyone we have dealt with at this surgery since we joined.

This is, beyond any doubt, the most excellent and best Drs practice I have ever experienced...the drs are professional, knowledgable, and actually listen to you....very reassuring. The reception staff are also excellent, efficient, and go the extra mile to assist where necessary

Rude receptionist who do not take ownership for mistakes. Dr Khan is a rude obnoxious doctor who speaks over women and tries get a rise out of you by being rude with his words and tone of voice. He has no people skills/bedside manner, does not care about his patients mental health and well being. Every time he has had an interaction inregards to myself or my child there has been an issue in some form. Will be using every avenue make a complaint and so disappointed I feel I may need a new doctors
