Nurse practitioner Carol Dillon had no regard for our concerns regarding treatment of seriously ill mother, disrespectful of our wishes, insensitive and irresponsible. My mother died and although nothing could have prevented that,, we could have done without added stress of bad health professionals.

Had a fantastic experience. Filled out my online triage form with photos, at approximately 8.25am and by 8.35am offering me a same day appointment. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They offered me an appointment with the nurse practitioner at a great time the same day. The nurse was very friendly, helpful and comforting. She diagnosed the issue and was very thorough with the directions of what to do going forward. She wrote me a prescription and ensured it went to the pharmacy of my choice. It was extremely smooth service with friendly and helpful service throughout. Cannot thank the team enough.

Dr Ansari deserves a special mention in this review! He is the most considerate and caring doctor ever. My daughter got very poorly suddenly and I called them at 6 oclock before their closing time at 6:30. Unfortunately they were at full clinical capacity. So we did have to go through 111 and then straight to the urgent care centre. First thing this morning Dr Ansari called me and apologised that he couldnt see my daughter last night and asked how she was and if I managed to get her seen which I did. He was very apologetic and it must of been playing on his mind to call me this morning to check in. I have seen him a number of times with my daughter and each time hes been amazing with her, his calming and caring nature goes such a long way!
