        Rang this morning got an appointment at 2pm saw Victoria who was brilliant feeling so much better tonight after given medication for a chest infection

        Waste of time. Spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone last week to book an appointment. Appointment was booked for today (14th Feb at 09:20) turned up 10 minutes early only to be told GP had issues with computer??? Was waiting until 09:40 will still no update Had booked time off work for this. Cancelled appointment in surgery. Utterly useless and unprofessional practice

        Still not seeing patients.joke of a place. Rang to order important prescription, shouldnt take 5 days to sort. Phone always busy for at least 20 minutes. Not sure how to change doctors, if I knew I would

        Worst practice Ive ever attended. GPs really try but the admin/reception team really let them down. No patient care and have seriously put my child at risk and will take no responsibility
