Brilliant drs ... Receptionist Tracy, Rachel etc are fabulous and take time to understand people's illness and are very accommodating .. With my illness there's times I've been quite rude but they understand and still make time to help .. I could not speak more highly of them.

Receptionists really let this surgery down with their rude attitude. Told her I work so cant make certain times, felt like I was being penalised for working. I pay into the system and feel im not getting anywhere, no advice from professionals. And to be honest the last Dr I had a appointment came across as if he didnt care at all. I'm still non the wiser about my condition.
