I recently joined the GP as it seems to have the best reviews in the area. The receptionists all seem to have an attitude like they are forced to be there. The GP I had my appointment with was friendly and professional. I had a blood test today and I was shocked to see the nurse not in a uniform, just in normal clothes. She did not disinfect the area before doing the blood test, nor did she disinfect her hands or wear gloves. She also had long painted nails which didn't look clean, from what I am aware of nurses should not wear nail polish and should keep their nails trimmed/clean to avoid bacteria infections. I would expect better restrictions on hygiene in a medical practice especially when conducting blood tests.

I have been with this practice for over 15years and feel as though all my concerns have been addressed. I recently paid a visit and saw Dr. Viruti Patel - she made sure my time wasn't rushed, addressed all of my concerns and referred me accordingly...she is truly a gem of a GP! I am also so thankful they have a female doctor on site, as there are some things I am more comfortable talking to with a female practitioner about. Much thanks to her as well as Tara for always being so friendly and welcoming, aswell as the receptionists at front desk. 5 Stars

There are never any appointments available. If you are sick you have to go to A&E or pray there is an out of hours service.

This is an excellent Drs surgery, they have been my Doctors for a few years now and I have to say each of the GPs here are great. They are kind, caring and considerate. The staff here are also friendly and accommodating, it is fairly easy to get an appointment when needed.

The worse Gp ever they dont send appointment reminders and first time when I called to book an appointment they woman was just hold the line without saying please they have no manners whatsoever I wouldnt recommend anyone to register with Gp because they are rude they dont even worth one star
