Trying to book appointments is pointless I hate that it is now a franchise where has the family doctors gone it's all about the money now, its not about the patients any more

Have been really poorly , put off calling surgery, called on day 4 of illness, receptionist ever so helpful. She advised me she had booked me in for a phone call from the doctor.. 28th Feb to 4th March still no call !! and I am still waiting

Being on hold for 1.5 hours from 8am to be answered and told to call back in the morning is not good enough. The surgery ha been closed to public since the start of the pandemic and has only got worse since it got taken over. No wonder the hospitals are overcrowded!

A word of warning to anyone thinking of a joining this surgery, DON'T. If I could give a score of less than one star I would. It is quite possibly the worst Doctors in the area. The Buchshaw Group have taken what was once a brilliant surgery and turned it into a steaming pile of garbage. Avoid like the plague, because even if you have the plague you wouldn't be able to get an appointment to see a Doctor.
