        Prescription sent to a pharmacy I have never used and not my doing. Now out of meds. Receptionist no help as it was nearly 6pm and time to clock off.

        No response even after 2hrs of holding call. From 8am to 10am when called again says today's appointments are finished call again tomorrow or call 111 or go to hospital. Why are they functioning with 4 to 5 doctors... real injustice...
