        I bought 2 suitcases 5 weeks ago and still have the receipt. I took them on a return trip and they are now completely broken. The wheels no longer work properly, one of the zips is broken, they have wholes and dents everywhere and the store refused to refund me on the basis that this is "airline damage". I have been travelling for years and never had suitcases that fell apart like this. They are a shocking quality and I am appalled that this store refused to provide some warranty.
