        Got a tooth infection on a weekend, was experiencing lots of pain, gave up to emergency service 111, then found the Smile clinic's 24/7 emergency number. Absolutely useless, left a message, over 24 hours later STILL waiting for someone to call me back.

        For anybody who is nervous of going to a dentist this is the place to go. I've had to have two teeth out because of a infection, the nurse Shannon really made me feel at ease very helpful and understanding how i felt. Usman the dentist was very good the best I've ever seen explaining everything he was doing, Christine on reception was very friendly and helpful, Karen who is the patient care co who looks after you after treatment is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

        dave was 2 days in agony with toothache tried 111 no reply other avenues by luck found this practice on Sunday after Christmas opened surgery 4.30 pm and extracted tooth very good service out of hours
