Avoid at all cost. I've been their patient for years and it was all good until covid happened. Recently they have unregistered my whole family without even notifying me why and they don't want to register my family back even when it was their fault. For over 2 years they been saying they don't have appointments available for my family despite my telling them I don't mind the waiting as long as I can get appointment.

Absolutely shocking service from this dentist. I booked an appointment during my pregnancy, due to being pregnant I have a medical exemption and when booking my appointment I made the staff aware of this. My appointment date arrived and I turn up for my appointment only to be told Id been booked in with a dentist who doesnt treat NHS patients and was refused to be seen, the reception staff apologies profusely for this and advised they would contact me if the NHS dentist had a cancellation, I was never contacted again. After not hearing anything for a few months I contacted the dentist to book an appointment to be told Id been removed from the list as a patient due to not attending my last appointment, the appointment I did attend but was refused to be seen at. I dealt with a woman called Zara who was very helpful and after explaining the situation put me back on the list and made me an appointment for January. In January I attended my appointment with the NHS dentist who upon inspection picked up numerous issues with my teeth and told me I needed numerous fillings, the fillings would be silver if I was using my maternity exemption however I could pay for white fillings at the cost of 120 per tooth. No x-rays were taken during my appointment to confirm how many fillings I actually needed I was just told to book a double appointment which I did. Naturally I was very stressed at how much my next appointment would cost with white fillings. I decided to visit a private dentist for a second opinion and hopefully some clarification on what fillings were actually required. Upon visiting a private dentist I was informed that I did have some corrosion however following an X-ray of my teeth no fillings were required at this time and providing good dental hygiene I hopefully wouldnt need any in the future. My dentist was appalled to say the least at the fact a dentist at deepdale informed me I require numerous fillings without actually carrying out an X-ray and informed me that should my teeth have had these fillings it would have actually ruined my teeth and cost me a fortune to maintain in the future. Im so glad I decided to go for a thorough examination with a private dentist. For obvious reasons I have now removed myself as a patient from this dentist.

Highly recommend this Dental practice, Dr Uzma is very good and takes care and is professional in her work. Also the receptionist are very kind and helpfully. 10/10.
