        Wait times to get appointment are very long (8 months). I was offered to see another dentist at the practice but they do not take NHS patients.

        Same again Rang me a month ago and they (nearly) always book me in couple of days before Xmas and ALWAY they cancel a week before. No follow up from them or a phone as to WHY they booked me in and then cancelled. Leaving messages to arrange another appointment is met with answer machine, which NEVER gets a call back ! Sort out your staff and get them to answer the phones, it can't BE that hard to do ? Otherwise get, get some phone operators that can reallt answer the phones. Been to your surgery since moving back, and always found the staff never answer the phones, as they are TOO BUSY chatting. Answer the phones !
