I have been a member for many years now but since Acer took over the service has gone downhill. I will not be using them again due to a rude incompetent receptionist that doesn't know when the client is due for what. If the receptionists can't handle their own booking systems what hope is there for clientele?

I Have been visiting this dentistry for a few years now and I always leave the premises feeling very pleased. I have always feared the dentist, but Lucas and the staff have always been very professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable with every visit whether it being a scale and polish or a root filling. I thought I booked an appointment got there at 8am, when I booked in I was advised the dentist was only due in the afternoon, the girl couldn't check the system was down and took my number but no call back. Absolutely shocking, I would have expected more from a private practice, I still have problems!!

Very good experience and very welcoming. Appointments are usually available, and they look after your teeth. The prices are ok but they have good treatment and basic plans which they can tell you about. Plus, they send you a link before you come in to fill out health details, so no time wasted doing this when you arrive. Definitely recommend them.
