I just finished my adventure with Invisalign. I couldn't have wished for a better final result. It took a little longer than planned, but Dr. Ali did his best to give me my dream smile. It was worth it. Thank you.

I went to Synergy because I had a tooth infection, needed an extraction and was facing a long wait on the NHS. Meraj, the dentist, and Crissy, the head nurse, were both wonderful; they looked after me really well and were concerned about my comfort throughout. Meraj took an x-ray, told me he could do the extraction straight away and gave me a quote. Once Id had injections he waited and made sure I was completely numb before taking the tooth out, explained what to expect and, although not pleasant, I felt no pain. Aftercare was explained to me and written instructions given, as well as a prescription for antibiotics. The reception staff, Paige, Salma and Adela, were all lovely too, offering help and calling me a taxi home. Thank you all.

Waited 40 mins and there was still no sign of my appointment so gave up, it seemed to be a pattern as the waiting room was packed with lots of people complaining that it happens all the time. Wasted an hour of day, thanks!

Nice friendly staff. Dentist made me feel at ease before sedation before extraction. Don't remember a thing....Happy Days
