I signed up with AYOM over a year ago. I was told that once the debtor starts paying back, I should expect to receive the money in instalments from AYOM without any prompting from my end. Last October, I had to chase AYOM at least 10 times or so to get the first tranche of payment made to me. Now, I find myself chasing AYOM again to make the next payment to me which has been due to me for some time and yet nothing has come through. The debtor had been in touch with me to give me an update on the payments hes been making. AYOM frankly has not bothered. Binder Kaur

LATEST UPDATE!!! I have engaged a solicitor to get my many back which is just over 10,000.... they have had it for 10 months and refuse to give it back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! SCAMMERS!!! The reply to my original review is complete rubbish, they have never called or emailed me in the 14 months since I signed the contract... USE A REPUTABLE BUSINESS...DO NOT USE AYOM!!!! 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.. AYOM ARE SCAMMERS!!. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY... LIARS!!!! I have addressed a solicitor to take appropriate action against the company, I have also contacted several morning TV shows ... watch this space! DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY.....PLEASE READ MY STORY. I signed a contract with AYOM in March 2022 to collect debt from my tenant of nearly 7000. He had been living rent free for over a year, i took him to court got a CCJ and yet he still wasnt payiny. The stress was too much every month so AYOM took on the debt and surprisingly got the full amount paid in July 2022. I called to find out when I could expect the money and they said there was a 6 month claw back clause so I would be contacted in January 2023...so I waited. We are nearly in March 2023 I've sent endless emails, I call but speak to the same woman who can only tell me she will pass it on and to keep sending my emails but to state how many times I've sent them. It has become more stressful than when my tenant wouldn't pay the rent every month. I am now being forced to engage a solicitor to help me get the debt I'm owed Back from AYOM ...you just couldn't make it up... I hope to God they haven't scammed me as I am relying on this money to clear some debts myself. It's beyond a joke! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! They ignore your emails and calls...

I run a small business and was already owed money by a costumer. This company was eager to assist, they kept calling on a regular basis for one year until I finally decided to give them chance. After they got hold of my money I never heard from them again. This company is a rip off, and bunch of fraudsters making promises they know they will not fulfill. Up to this day they are yet to recover the depth or give me a call or explanation on anything. When I called them they were very abrupt to me and just didn't want to hear anything I had to say about they not being in contact at all. Don't believe any of the good reviews on this website they might not be genuine....

Its amazing how consistent AYOM seem to be reading all these reviews as my experience very much mirrors every single 1 star review on here. I instructed AYOM in October '21 paying the upfront fee with the promise that they would collect the 25000 my business was owed over multiple accounts. The money quickly started being recovered and the 90 days expired on each and every account and yet we received no payment from AYOM. Multiple emails were sent by myself and staff and yet we got no response so phone calls to them started. Every phone call ended the same, "we will call you back" and yet again we received no response. When you ask to speak to someone in legal, finance or the elusive operations manager Zoe Pelham, you are told none of these people are allowed to take phone calls and if they try and transfer you the person you are talking to will lose their job. At this point 19 months down the line I still haven't received any payout. A claim has been filed with the online money claim portal and they have the nerve to claim a defence that no money is owed even though I filed my statement of money recovered as evidence that they produced for me. It's getting to the point to where I will start forking out more money to collect the money that's been collected, the irony isn't missed on me. Avoid this company at all costs, by the number of 1 star reviews with people complaining of not receiving their money is there a class action of fraud here, who knows.............

Do not pay this company to recover your debt, I was promised the earth by their sales team only to realise it wasn't true, was told they'd take this further to court and send someone around but they sit behind a screen sending emails and making the old phone call, when stated what I was promised they say their sales wouldn't say this but reading other reviews others too have been promised thing that this company say isn't true. When the debtor moved they couldn't find his new address, too me 5 minutes to find it. I have 2 ccjs against someone and they managed to recover about 10% of which after fees and percentages taken out I've gained next to nothing. Wanted me to accept an amount that would be about a1/3rd of what's owing. Wish I'd never spoken to these people, what a waste of time and they've just made it more stressful.
