Had an awful experience with Customs Link who were disorganised, unhelpful and clueless. They made the process incredibly difficult, including forgetting to do paperwork, leaving everything to the last minute and telling us incorrect information. It caused a lot of stress to our small company, and so much miscommunication and lack of urgency made us miss a ferry home. Countless calls to chase documentation and lack of empathy that they messed up our trip. We would never use again.

Ian went above and beyond to help us navigate UK export and German import. He was incredibly patient and overall an excellent service - thank you so much for all your hard work and getting our stock safely into Germany. Highly recommend!

From Cranbury Removals: another Thank You to Gareth, for helping us navigate the hurdles of getting goods into Ireland. We regularly operate house removals to & from France, but Ireland has been a real problem for us since Brexit.
