Been a tenant since 2007 , after deciding to move premises we have been treated terribly. Sent a dilapidation report for 47k using the wrong inventory , caused stress and alarm to staff during Covid19. In addition they refused to take back the keys of the building by stating they would move for damages. They were in breach of the tenant and landlord act 1954 and I would never allow them near managing a property.

They never take their 'for rent' signs down even when all units/offices are full.
