        Changed their policy on ID to no longer accepting provisionals meaning what was a 10 minute trip to shop now needs a 1hr trip to Tesco instead

        My experience is that the current manager of this shop operates a 'take it or leave it' approach to customer service. I've endured this more than once too often and have decided to leave it thanks. If you're stuck in Astley Village without transport then unfortunately it's Hobson's choice; however you don't need to travel very far to find much better shopping options out there.
