Worst experience i've had in Preston so far, the older woman at the till pretended to not understand a word I was saying. I was asking for items behind the counter and she was not helpful at all. She kept rolling her eyes and made disappointed sounds with her mouth. I asked for the receipt and gave me the rudest and sassiest reply. When I realised she gave me the wrong item that I was asking for and asked if a refund is possible and if not, then its ok, that is when she flipped. She threw the money back to me and turned the other way. The young man on the other hand is lovely.

Very friendly family business. I go at least once per day hahaha and they have pretty much anything you need in your daily life. Very nice
