The slowest and worst customer service from any Co-op I've been to. Queues to the front door with one cashier & other staff will not assist her.. very slow and bakery is always empty!! Big signs for fresh bakery but it's always empty! 9/10 EMPTY! we've stopped going as pointless and useless.

This store is no better than the old one across the road.Constantly long queues,no common sense used,surely the staff putting stuff on the shelfs should come and help man the tills when it is busy! Common sense. This seems to be the case more often or not and now I tend to use the Spar more..

Thought the purpose of moving across the street was to update it as well as selling petrol so Id expected some self check out tills like the one at coppull but obviously not. Instead they have a massive area that couldve been self checkouts but instead have a hot dog and warm food section that I said from day one will never be maintained. Typical Chorley fashion that no one would think of these things. Now when you go in just for one drink or pay for fuel youre queuing almost out the door with more staff stacking shelfs yet majority of the time I go in they dont have what Ive specifically gone in for. It always seems like theyre fully stacking the the shelfs getting low over the items that are fully out that are probably sitting in the stock room. One guy said its busy today and I said nah its coz the his place is so disorganised, not being rude to him, wasnt his fault in that moment. Just find this amount of time wasting so disrespectful, you may as well drive that bit further to Tesco coz youll definitely be quicker.
