        Electric and gas machine has not worked in months and don't seem to be getting it fixed they have no idea of quality service bring back Mr Mrs Palmer when it had quality staff

        Hadn't booked my hermes parcel in correctly.. said they didn't have it... Luckily I spotted it on the floor... I mean it's not that difficult is it?

        Good for Hermes, although in the past their machines haven't worked so I've had to go elsewhere on many occasions so it's not totally reliable.
