This is quite local shop for me I use it often.
Very expensive unless stuff is on offer.
They have fruit and vegetables, "fresh" meat although now it's all from Safeway and godawful.
They recently changed suppliers from co-op to Safeway and the quality of everything took a massive plunge.
And the shelves are often empty.
