Absolutely shocking scary driving next to Washington Services- driving well over 90mph flashing lights at me from behind thrn speeding past me and sticking his middle finger up and then tailing all other cars in front - I am surprised no crash was caused. The reg started with SH20 did not get rest of number, but oldish big baldy man But an absolute disgraceful way of driving and promoting a company while driving If I could give 0 stars I wud
