Pinnacle Loft Conversions

I forgot to review these guys from about 4/5yrs ago just realised as Im thinking of them for my next project. They were one of the few companies that didnt try and rip me off and were genuine and were an absolute breeze to deal with. They did my attic conversion in Darwen. Mike was brilliant. Had no problems and everything done on time scale to building regs. Thanks!

Worst company I've ever come across, definitely wouldn't recommend. They did a re-roof for us 7 years ago and had nothing but issues ever since, the roof has leaked a lot in various different places and has resulted in my attic being completely ruined due to the water ingress. I have spent nearly half the amount of money I paid to get the job done trying to get it repaired (spent 11k on the re-roof). They say they provide a 5 years guarantee but never show up when you call them to fix a leak. Managed to get them down once, 3 years after they completed the job, by lying and telling them I need a quote doing for a dormer extension. Did the repair but it ended up leaking in the same place again. Was never provided a receipt for every each payment that was made for the work which I assume they were trying to avoid taking ownership of the work they did. Still surprised they are still in business. My old roof which was over 30 years old didn't leak as much. Service: Refurbishment

Five stars for Pinnacle. We are over the moon with a recent loft conversion, which has transformed our house and lives! The owners and their team were friendly and professional throughout. They ensured we were happy with their work at every stage and we can't thank them enough. Would whole-heartedly recommend.

Everyone at Pinnacle was fantastic from their customer service to the job in hand, and the finished article is simply amazing! I would definitely recommend Mike and his guys, spot on job, thank you so much we couldn't be happier with our new rooms.
