        We have just had an extension built by Croston and we couldnt be happier! From the start everyone was organised and efficient. All the builders have been committed, proficient and courteous and the office staff have been friendly and engaged. The quality of the extension is excellent and the site was always kept safe and tidy. All in all I would definitely recommend Croston for your extension/conservatory/orangery.

        Absolutely woeful service. They will not call you back. Apart from when it comes time to pay. Then they suddenly know how to use a phone. Except they send the incorrect details then too. The work was alright - our installation was 3 weeks later than expected. We were not told this until the day of, when I had to phone to find out what was going on. Again, terrible communication. Won't be using again.

        We are so glad we chose Croston Home Improvements to do the work on our ground floor refurb which consisted of a garage conversion, new front door and window, sliding doors across the rear and all associated plumbing and electrical work. They are a highly professional company who kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, excellent workmanship, started on time, completed on schedule. Excellent communication, held our hands throughout the whole process. We would 100% recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Thankyou Paul and the team - we love it!!!

        Ordered an Apeer 70 door from Croston, Richard was informative on the sales process and answered any questions we had as he knew his products well and gave us the confidence to place an order with Croston. We had our door fitted today by Tony and his standard of work was absolutely outstanding and he actually exceeded my expectations on the quality of the door fitting as my house wasn't the easiest to work with due to the age of the property. Overall very pleased with everything including the surveyor who took the time to get everything right first time and the ladys in the office kept me updated through out the order. My and my Mrs are very pleased and would recommend Croston for home improvements.
