Very professional. Fixed my laptop screen and replaced my keyboard in a couple of days. A competitive price too. I had never used them before but will be using them in the future as they don't rip you off and they get the job done.

My hitherto reliable 2007 Medion Akoya Laptop developed a fault in that its date/time did not update but displayed a 2007 date. This pointed for the need for a replacement CMOS battery.This Laptop I now used as a data backup for a new Windows 11 replacement Laptop which I had bought. Jordan Oneill of Laptop Repair Base Preston helpfully offered the FREE advice that with a 2007 vintage Laptop it was difficult to get at the CMOS battery and the cost could be uneconomical with no guarantee my problem would be solved. In the event, I did not proceed as the Windows 11 OS of my new computer conveniently provides an automatic iCloud backup! He offered a refurbished 2007 Toshiba Laptop for a very fair price, as an alternative solution to my enquiry!
