Frozen computers

Nathan has been an absolute delight from start to finish. Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, his customer service is wonderful. We took a computer to him with the goal being - a super fast unit capable of gaming (mainly VR) - The computer we took to him was filthy (that being an understatement) and in desperate need of cleaning before any work was done, some of the parts ended up being completely useless as they couldn't be cleaned to a decent standard, this was due to the previous owner being a smoker, and some of the unit had awful build up of tar/smoke residue. With that in mind and the fact that this computer was for our 10 year old son, Nathan sourced all the correct components to ensure this computer was going to work for EXACTLY what we wanted and it wasn't going to stink his room out or affect his health in the long run. May I also add that Nathan always informed us of anything we needed and the price, so we weren't in the dark with regards to cost. The updates throughout were very much appreciated, the whole process was incredibly professional and if we had any questions they were answered in a non jargon/technical way. The price we paid was more than fair. The entire strip down and rebuild cost less than our son had budgeted for so he was over the moon!! We just got home with the computer and set it up and it's absolutely rapid fast! We had a few questions for Nathan once we got home, we called him and he answered them without hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars to Frozen Computers, I would. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, you made it easy for us and our son. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked for computer help. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

Really fast at his work and polite too, an absolute wizard! He also explains what he does very thoroughly. Great prices deffo recommend!

Having lost over 4Tb of photographic data going back to the last 20 plus years, thanks to Adobe Lightroom CC screwing files during a forced upon uninstall, after a local photographic dealer was unable to recover the data, I turned to Frozen Computers. Even though Nathan-- whose communications throughout was superb--could not recover that vast amount of complex files, nevertheless, he directed me to someone very reliant who eventually did manage to do so. Much to my relief.

Nathan is very friendly and I can't say enough good things about Frozen Computers the local computer repair shop! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Nathan and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my computer issues. They were also very transparent about the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. The prices were fair and competitive, and the turnaround time was lightning-fast. Great knowledge and professional. Great quality and transparency. Replaced my Macbook Air screen. Encountered a couple of issues with the supplier of the new screen which was out of Nathans control however he still provided constant updates and re-assurance. Would recommend to anyone after repairs on any electronics
