        No reply to any emails regarding an order we want to cancel. We needed an item urgently and was meant to be sent next working day, this is now 3 weeks later the item is still processing, no aknowlegment from Pheonix-Direct regarding us trying to cancel the order, no email with an update or confirmation of the cancelation, nothing at all - poor comminucation, poor service!
