I was struggling to find ANYWHERE that would fix my PC. Shops were lazy, people didn't want anything to do with my PC. I rang up Wizard computers and spoke with Mark; Mark was incredibly friendly right off the bat and though I had my reservations due to past experiences, Mark put my mind at ease right away and was happy to take a look at my PC to see if it could be fixed. The customer service was excellent, emails and phone calls updating me with the repair, collaborating on ideas with me on different avenues by which the PC could be fixed, it was a really informative and tactile experience, cannot fault any second of it. Thanks Mark. When I came to collect my PC I spoke with Sakhr, the owner. What a lovely way to pick up a PC, Sakhr was super informative, incredibly friendly and even though it was 10am on a Saturday when I collected, he didn't stop smiling once, what a gentleman. I cannot stress this enough so if you're reading this review please listen; these guys are TECHIES, they love tech and they love the challenge of solving problems and that I think is the BEST thing you could want when looking for a computer service shop. Thank you for the amazing service, I can guarantee you I won't use another computer shop again. Lewis

recently had my old iMac 27 upgraded with a new solid state hard drive and additional ram. Service and end result fantastic, should have done it years ago
