Placed an order with this company, they delivered the wrong product. Asked us to return it so they could check... we did so via tracked and signed delivery. After the product was delivered the sales rep said they hadn't received it despite it being signed and geo tracked to their warehouse. They then stopped answering our request for a refund or replacement. It seems like other people had a good experience with them, but for us personally it was one of the worst retail experiences we've had.
