Paid upfront for a set of photos from a fitness competition. The guy was quick to give me his bank details, but unfortunately not so quick at doing his supposed job and forwarding the images on to me. 8 months down the line, still no images, no refund, nothing. Ignored all of my messages, I think Ive been very patient, and its a shame it had to come to this. Unprofessional and untrustworthy - avoid.

Joe offered a very professional service, and was his knowledge and experience definitely shone through when it came to keeping in line with our brand image and giving the results we hoped for. I would happily recommend.

Jax Imaging provided an excellent professional service both on site while taking photos, and throughout the correspondence online. Thanks to how efficent Joe was with his editting, the end result was back with us much quicker than expected and conclusively allowed our business to advertise our products before original deadlines. The finished images were fantastic.
