        The new location is gorgeous. I've been going to Brew + Bake since it was in the markets at the front and then to the left of where you enter. It was my first time going last week and I paid 5 for a sausage barm. I don't mind paying that if the quality was good but the quality wasn't a patch on what it used to be. The quality of the sausages has definitely changed which is quite sad. This used to be one of my favourite places to go - not just in Preston but in the UK. It's sad that the food quality seems to have slid. I won't be going again in a hurry and if I do, I'll be avoiding the food. Three stars because of the ambiance and the coffee is still good.
