        Bought a karcher pressure washer of them,worked well for sometime then i gave it in for service due to loss of pressure. Got told to leave it near there bin because no one was at the shop. Its been 4 months now contacted the company numerous times and all ive been told is that we are waiting for a part. Still no attempt to contact me even though they have got my contact details. Very poor service
